We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, and dynamic Account Manager to strengthen our growing team. In this role, you will represent Workstream's latest offerings to our existing customers. Your primary responsibility involves executing the full sales cycle and upselling to our established client base. A defined monthly sales target will serve as your benchmark, necessitating a thorough discovery process to tailor solutions to our customers' unique needs. With sales cycles ranging from 1-3 weeks, a sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently are key to success.

Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the on-target-earning for this role is $70,000-80,000 in Lehi, Utah. This is not inclusive of our equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
