Associate Account Manager

This role will be extended as a full-time employee for Mexico. For someone based in Columbia the role would be a contract role on a B2B basis initially but over time may convert to a full time position.

What You’ll Do 

As an Associate Account Manager (AAM) at Arista Networks, you will be an integral member of the regional sales team. Your primary responsibilities will be to drive a number of field related activities in support of the sales team including:

  • Scheduling and managing all of the regional events in collaboration with the sales team
  • Responding to inbound leads and quote requests
  • Supporting purchase order processing & inventory allocation through our NIFO tool to ensure that new customers can receive the best on-boarding experience at Arista
  • Managing channel partners including recruiting, on-boarding, and enabling new partners developing our ‘go-to’ partners into ELITE level to ensure that Arista is able maximize field collaboration with them
  • Utilize your exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills to convey Arista’s value proposition for multiple use cases including Data Center and AI, Campus, Wide
  • Area Networking, and Zero-Trust Security blueprint (AGNI, Network Observability, NDR) to a diverse group of executives and technical staff for both customers and partners alike
  • Practice self-development to ensure potential growth into future Account or Channel
  • Management roles as business demands it
  • This position will cover Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Colombia & Ecuador. You could be based in Either Mexico or Columbia. 

Qualifications

 

  • Participate and contribute to Arista business cadence including weekly sales meetings, QBRs, and others
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all regional customer/partner events
  • Respond to inbound leads and quote requests in support of Sales Team
  • Collaborate with Order Management & Manufacturing Teams to ensure that new customers can receive the best on-boarding experience at Arista
  • Recruit, Enlist, and Enable new partners.
  • Ensure that partner portal is equipped with the right assets to provide the best partner experience in communicating ARISTA’s value proposition.
  • Manage Channel Partners by developing and leveraging executive relationships and continuously increase Arista mindshare across the organization to drive them to ELITE level
  • Establish a systematic cadence with ELITE partners to sharpen prospecting skills related to use cases where Arista excels
  • Generate enthusiasm/drive among ELITE partner sales and engineering teams to sell Arista products and services
  • Build, administer, manage and/or deliver accreditation training for partner sales an technical staff.
  • Provide oversight of Partner Program Tools like MDF funding allocation, NFR equipment, and sales incentives/rebates for ELITE level partners to drive success in all partner-related demand generation activities.
