What we need:

We are currently seeking an Associate Account Executive to join the team.  In this role, you will provide assistance and support to Account Executives and Account Supervisors within account management and client services. This role will be primarily responsible for the set-up, test and launch of email campaigns accurately, on-time, and on-budget. The role will also provide foundational learning for entry-level candidates, while gaining experience and proficiency to advance toward an Account Executive.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Set up emails for deployment according to project schedules
  • Ensure emails are deployed successfully, checking notifications and alerting key project partners of abnormalities
  • Assist with campaign testing, according to project schedules to ensure logic, design, copy and links are correct
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, from loading content to researching trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst in a subject matter expertise capacity to make sure email setup and deployment requirements are captured correctly
  • Drive efficient internal and client meetings by creating and distributing agendas in advance and meeting summaries afterwards
  • Independently creates and maintain project schedules for level 1 projects.
  • Manage translations process with third party vendor
  • Effectively use program management tools to move projects through the agency in accordance with established processes
  • Proactively seeks information to understand campaign objectives and client direction
  • Builds credibility and nurtures relationships with internal team members and client contacts with proactive communication

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as marketing or relevant experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience, agency environment preferred
  • Minimum intermediate level PC skills required; Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to function within a team-oriented environment; must be an assertive participant
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently, must be self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively establish priorities and manage multiple projects
  • Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
  • Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintain a high energy level
