Assistant, Wholesale - Fall 2024

About The Role 

As a Wholesale Assistant, you will have unique opportunity to apply your experience hands-on in our Wholesale business, working closely within the team and cross-functional partners on impactful day to day responsibilities. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in Purchase Orders & Sales, working with the Accounts Payable & Receivable teams, and onboarding of new retailers, contributing to our team's success while developing your skills in wholesale data entry and retail. This role is perfect for motivated individuals seeking to explore their passion for beauty and wholesale, develop new competencies, and lay the groundwork for a successful career journey. 

Responsibilities include:

• Data entry of Purchase Orders and Sales for goop beauty + good.clean.goop. 
• Working closely with AR and AP to ensure invoices are met + Field team members are paid in a timely manner. 
• Assist manager on new retailer and product forms inclusive of set up forms, timelines, and asset requests. 
• Partner with manager on collecting field team reports in store to present to leadership.  

Qualifications & Experience 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergrad or master’s degree program or within 1-year post-graduation 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Strong attention to detail, and comfortability working with numbers. 
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. 
• Experience within the Microsoft Suite.

• Compensation: $17.27 an hour. This temporary Assistant role will be part-time (16-24 hours/week) and run from September 10th – December 13th.
