Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the villas, ensuring all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction
- Supervise and train a team of staff, ensuring they are performing their duties to deliver exceptional guest service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Villa Manager in reviewing and analyzing guest feedback to continuously improve guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or the same position in a large luxury resort
- Knowledge of the OPERA system is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields. Master's degree is desirable
