About the role
Responsible for the provision, ongoing management & delivery of production operations plan & Master Production Schedule. To support day to day planning activities (materials, resources, de-confliction) ensuring on time in full delivery (OTIF).
Identify, implement, and coach others in operations planning best-practice activities to achieve operations KPI’s with year-on-year improvement.
What you will be doing
• Develop the capability and competence of the team driving high performance
• Monitor and ensure compliance to planning procedures throughout Production Operations team.
• Always maintain good housekeeping and safe workplace
• Develop creative solutions to both internal and external operational challenges.
• Ensure on time infrastructure in place and SOP compliance in operations.
• Support the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff development, performance, and progress.
Team Management
• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviour
• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
• Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
Requirements
The successful candidate
• Diploma & Above
• 2-3 years of operation experience
• Preferably in logistics related field, 3PL is preferred
• Ability to speak well confidently and build rapport with customers
• Good MS Excel skills
• Strong mentality and interpersonal skills
• Proactive & result-oriented to continuously develop & improve operations.
