The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. “Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?” The successful leader will have experience building and motivating a team to effectively serve the customer and drive sales revenue.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Keyholder, Sales Lead, or Full-time manager.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organization, accountability and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and coach other team members
- Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve goals
- Flexibility; ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Efficient in time management and delegating tasks
- Passion for retail fashion
- Proficient in Microsoft office, G suite, Apple Technology
- Ability to work in the store alone
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays.
- Preferred college graduate in BS/BA, sales or relevant field
