We are looking for an Assistant Stock Manager (M/F) for the opening of our future store in Madrid planned in December (intégration as soon as possible).
Your missions is the following:
Ensure efficient stock management:
- Master Sézane policies, standards and procedures
- Participate in the organization of storage spaces
- Receive, integrate and store regular deliveries
- Ensure the management of Customer returns, defective/retouching/pressing
- Assist in ordering consumables and other miscellaneous purchases for the Apartment
- Make the customer the priority of the apartment
- Have a good knowledge of the stock in order to meet Customer expectations as efficiently as possible
- Respond to the needs of the sales team by bringing them the parts requested by the customers on the floor
- Carefully carry out inventories (weekly, rotating, global)
- Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Ensure the daily supply of the Apartment and the perfect storage of reserves
- Assist in planning the various deliveries and collection changes
- Isolate new products for the implementation of new collections
- Ensure the proper management of after-sales service (processing and reimbursement)
- Ensure packages are sent for repair
- Integrate, scan and store the Click & Collect
- Check pending Click & Collect orders (refund, return, customer follow-up)
Assist managing and developing your team:
- Participate in planning the organization of the stock team
- Integrate new employees
- Assist in staff training on inventory management
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and harmonious work environment
- Make suggestions to improve procedures
- Set clear goals and track them
- Develop the skills of your team
- Regularly report stock issues to the Retail team
Requirements
You have an eye for detail and inventory management has no secrets for you. You understand the challenges of Retail and do not hesitate to adapt quickly and efficiently. Priority and time management don't scare you. Committed, motivated and proactive, you lead by example and know how to train a team.
