AYANA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (Chinese Speaker) to join our team at AYANA Komodo. In this role, you will assist the Sales Manager in implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Chinese market
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and providing excellent customer service
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or hospitality, preferably in a similar position
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel as needed
