Summary of Responsibilities:
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Assist in executing the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Has experience in handling international market (Australia, Europe, USA, Russia)
- Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
