Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of various projects.

You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
  • Review and establish Procedures
  • Test implemented Software’s and assess their effectivity
  • Create user guides for new internal development
  • Participate in the organization and conduct of various progress reviews
  • Keep complete reports of each meeting
  • Set up tools to monitor the actions needed to be taken
  • Contribute to the monitoring and coordination of the actions decided upon
  • Report directly to the Project Manager
