Join us as an Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. As project manager your main responsibility is to lead a team and be responsible for winning and delivering workscopes. In this role your responsibilities also includes project profitability by monitoring and controlling project performance against budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements. Contributing to developing regional project management capabilities, developing and maintaining standard project management processes and procedures, and ensuring staff adherence to them will also be an important part of your job.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree within Marine, Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamics, Structural or Offshore Engineering.(Experience can compensate for lack of formally proven competence)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Highly confident, self motivated and self disciplined person with sound management and organizational skills
  • Good technical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and smart working methods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the employees
  • Knowledge of the company's Business Management System and statutory requirements, HSE regulations, and Standards related to Offshore Engineering industry.

This position reports to the Regoinal Project Execution Manager
