About The Role 

As an Assistant, Production, you will have unique opportunity to apply your experience hands-on apparel Production, working closely within the team and cross-functional partners on impactful day to day responsibilities. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in sample management, factory communication and reporting, contributing to our team's success while developing your skills in production. This role is perfect for motivated individuals seeking to explore their passion for apparel production, develop new competencies, and lay the groundwork for a successful career journey. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Track and coordinate G. Label samples. 
  • Maintain production documentations, line plan and status report updates. 
  • Communicate and follow up with factories as needed. 
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders.  

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergrad or master’s degree program in apparel production, fashion design and merchandising, or other related programs, or within 1-year post-graduation 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. 
  • Interest and passion for the end-to-end apparel production process.

  • Compensation: $16.90 an hour. This temporary Assistant role will be full-time (16 hours/week) and run from June 3rd – July 26th
