Job Summary

The AMP is responsible for providing support for the Strategy team supporting our client, La-Z-Boy, across all aspects of its discipline as pertains to client and cross-agency work.  Job responsibilities include the usage of tools and data to help support planning decisions; providing support for recurring deliverables and ad hoc projects; assisting in the maintenance of plan activity; resolving buy discrepancies; connecting and collaborating across teams to accomplish work. Although this is an entry-level position, relevant internships, prior agency experience (Media/Full Service) and/or academic courses related to marketing/media would be a plus. 

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Maintain recurring documents (monthly budgets & flowcharts)
  • Work with investment teams to manage timelines, ensure plans are up to date and accurate, review/create mid-flight and post delivery reports
  • Help maintain status documents as needed (agency + client facing)
  • Pull research/data runs to assist with planning process (e.g. MRI-Simmons)
  • Assist with ad hoc requests/projects such as competitive pulls (annual and ad hoc as needed)
  • Assist in QAing local plan budgets and flighting, and inputting plan goals for local investment teams
  • Help creating client presentations both annual and quarterly
  • Reconcile fee invoices and work with video investment teams to ensure billing is completely accurately and on time
  • Help lead day-to-day cross team communications to ensure project’s are completed in a timely manner
  • Help create streaming video campaign plan details and set up campaigns across billing and tracking platforms (i.e. IAS, Prisma)

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) 
  • Quick learner, able to connect the dots and see the big picture
  • Organized, detail-orientated and efficient; able to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
  • Personable and brings positive, respectful attitude to the workplace; a team player
  • Proactive, inquisitive, takes initiative to problem solve, raises hand for additional tasks to help the team when the day-to-day is under control
  • Foundational mathematical skills (calculating percentages, indices, etc.)
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal & written

Pay and Compensation

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation. 

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 an hour, which is the equivalent to $36,400 gross pay a year.

Pay for this opportunity is not negotiable.
