Assistant People Manager - Learning & Development

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for implementing and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees within an organization. They collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop effective learning strategies, and deliver engaging learning experiences.

 

What you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing learning strategies and workshops for HQ team
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
  • Identifying and empanel vendors as per the need and budget.
  • Tracking the annual L&D Budget; creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training attendance; booking the training rooms, managing, and anchoring online trainings
  • Develops content for learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor and deliver the same in various modes of trainings.
  • Collecting feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements wherever required.
  • Tracking L&D related data and publish MIS reports for measuring efficiency.
  • Organizing and anchoring the New Hire Orientation program to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joiners.

 

What you'll need:

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Good communication and presentation skills, able to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365
  • Should have strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
  • Should have a data-driven mindset, using analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas.
  • Good knowledge of the training/learning related offerings available in the market, including relevant training organizations and service providers
