Job Summary

You will assist team with the development and maintenance of campaigns for multiple Honda Dealer Associations across the U.S. Primary responsibilities include implementation of campaign activity across a variety of media including local TV, local radio, digital, streaming video and audio, and out-of-home, compiling reporting for digital campaign analysis and optimization, and monitoring digital vendor payments. MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are mandatory. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous exposure to the media planning process or media resources (such as DCM, Prisma/Media Ocean, eTelmar, Media Tools, Lumina) via coursework or internship is a plus. 

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Campaign execution and optimization 
  • Digital campaign monitoring and reporting
  • Vendor payment management
  • Internal meetings with team and other agency departments to review procedures; vendor meetings 
  • Maintain team status report

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Quick learner, able to connect the dots and see the big picture
  • Organized, detail-orientated and efficient; able to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
  • Personable and brings positive, respectful attitude to the workplace; a team player
  • Proactive, inquisitive, takes initiative to problem solve, raises hand for additional tasks to help the team when the day-to-day is under control
  • Foundational mathematical skills (calculating percentages, indices, etc.)
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal & written

 

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation. 

The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour which is the equivalent of $36,400 gross pay a year.

Pay for this role is not negotiable
