Our client is a financial institution focused on providing quality trading platform services. The company is committed to providing investors with one-stop, diversified and international financial management services. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
What You Will Do
- Formulate and execute digital and social media strategies, as well as digital initiatives and enhancement projects for apps, websites, and social media platforms to achieve business goals;
- Assist in the drafting, editing, and reviewing of corporate materials, including web pages, brochures, leaflets, marketing materials, and press releases;
- Oversee social media relationships and optimize production agencies;
- Assess the success of digital marketing campaigns;
- Vigorously manage social media to boost customer engagement;
- Monitor marketing activities across social media, mobile marketing, websites, etc.;
- Conduct Google Analytics, social media analysis, utilize digital analytic tools, perform competitive research, and analyze web behavior;
- Coordinate with agencies and the Performance Marketing team to ensure comprehensive end-to-end tracking of digital and social campaigns;
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the company.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Journalism, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a similar domain;
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin;
- Skilled in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- Experience in the financial industry or brokerage/securities firm is a plus;
- Strong marketing sense and project management abilities;
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills;
- Hardworking, independent, self-motivated, mature, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and content development;
