You’ll be responsible for

  • Handling payroll accounting
  • Tracking of data related to employee compensation.
  • Apply payroll information to the overall business (general ledger) to ensure legal compliance and accurate information for proper financial decision-making.
  • Prepare payroll related reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet items) on a monthly basis.
  • Co-ordinate with the banking team for funds availability for payroll and taxes.
  • Co-ordinate with Payroll Administrator - People and tax consultant and oversee tax compliances.

Requirements

  • Able to prioritize and take initiative
  • Have proven experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Experience of payroll legislation in USA, UK, India, France, Singapore and UAE
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform manual calculations as and when required
  • Knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of local tax legislation
