Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of Rock Bar
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Supervise and train staff to deliver service excellence and ensure staff adhere to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Efficiently handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and readily available for audits and reviews
- Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with the budget
- Oversee special events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations, health, and safety standards
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality or other relevant fields, Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
