Assistant Manager, Marketing

Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, this role sits within the global marketing team, looking after global marketing strategies and activities to grow our business across the planet (except Japan and S. Korea). This role requires knowledge of strategies and hands-on experience in global marketing executions.

Roles & Responsibilites

• Product marketing: Working closely with the business corporate services team to position our new product and services, perform SWOT analysis, conduct market sizing research, and project manage the new product launch.
• Demand-generation: Develop and execute demand-generation marketing campaigns and plans including emails, social media, SEM, SEO, press releases, thought-leadership content and global events for core product lines, new products, and seasonal programmes per the timelines and targets. The role needs to work closely with the sales teams and the account management teams to produce marketing campaigns that generate quality leads for our products and services.
• Agency & freelancer management: Manage and liaison with agencies to drive new business growth via effective SEO / SEM campaigns. Leverage freelancers and new technologies to produce and distribute thought-leadership content through multiple channels (newsletters, social media, etc.) and eventually grow audiences and generate sales demand.
• Collateral production: Produce and manage the marketing collateral including emails, social media multi-media content, landing pages, sales media kits, flyers, client testimonials and many more.
• Performance monitoring: Review and monitor marketing campaign performance regularly for campaign performance improvement. Produce regular marketing performance reports for senior management.
• Take on other assigned ad-hoc responsibilities.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in pursuing a global marketing career at a fast-growing professional services business.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, English languages, journalism, communication, or any other relevant field.
• Advanced English copy-writing skills are a must.
• Hands-on experience in project managing new product roll-out is a must.
• 5+ years of track record in producing and managing marketing campaigns with multiple marketing tactics.
• Prior hands-on experience in marketing technologies (e.g. HubSpot) is preferred.
• Organised, accountable, ambitious, hardworking, eager to learn, result-driven and proactive.
• Experience in managing global events and campaigns is preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
