Assistant Manager - Engineering Applications (Mechanical Engineering)

• You provide support and hotline Services for all Engineering  Applications in the mCAD Team of Syntegon. (During the Timezone of Asia Pacific)

(Examples of Engineering Applications in this field: SolidWorks, AutoDesk, DBWorks, CADBAS, CimDB etc.)

• You have a DevOps (Technical) Responsibility for small and medium sized applications in mCAD
• You participate in and support projects related to our applications and tools.
• You advise our internal customer area on projects and change requests and manage the implementation in close collaboration with internal/external partners and service providers.
• You independently create IT concepts within one or a few IT systems.
• You are responsible for the further development (or enhancement) and operation of our applications as a product specialist.

• Graduation/ BE – Computer Science / Information Systems Yor a comparable field.  . 
• You have 4 - 6 years of experience in consulting and operations of engineering applications.
• You have good process and implementation knowledge in the field of engineering applications you specifically support, as well as initial experience with cross-application influences.
• Confidence in appearance, teamwork, flexibility, and assertiveness are a given for you.
• You complete your tasks proactively and independently.
• You also bring a basic willingness to travel.
• Onsite work in the office is required.
• Very good English skills, German is beneficial.
