Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Assistant Manager with a proven track record in building training modules from scratch. This role is crucial in developing and implementing effective learning strategies that align with their expansion business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training modules and programs from inception to delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various international offices to identify learning needs and tailor solutions
- Utilize cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to create engaging and effective training content
- Analyze training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of global L&D trends and best practices, incorporating them into our offerings
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on building training modules from scratch
- Proven experience working in or with multinational corporations
- Strong understanding of management training design methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse, international audiences
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
