Assistant II with German Language

Purpose

As Assistant, you will perform wide range of administrative and general support duties of highly responsible and confidential nature. You will be frequently communicate with senior level internal and external contacts and also will be regularly exposed to confidential data.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Furnish and obtain information from other managers or outside representatives.
  • Draft correspondence for supervisor´s final approval.
  • Prepare special reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data.
  • Act as a personal assistant to the direct superior and support him/her in his/her day-to-day work.
  • Organize effectively direct superior’s calendar.
  • Organize schedule and travel planning for direct superior and employees ( travel expense reports, simplified travel bookings).
  • Organize, prepare and moderate meetings, discussions and conferences (invitation, agenda, participant selection, ensure catering, prepare and assemble conference documents, distribute presentations, write minutes etc.).
  • Collect, process, and finalize business related documents and be able to work with business applications (e.g. weekly reports).
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts, e.g., internal and external correspondence and communication by phone, by letter, by e-mail and face to face. (Nationally and internationally).
  • Order office supplies.
  • Handle, monitor and complete tasks in a clearly defined area.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Have advanced skills of MS office (focus on Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Have a high flexibility as well as ability to work under pressure.
  • Have an independent and prudent approach to work.
  • Are advanced at Soft skills such as Communication, Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, Time Management.
  • Speak German and English at least B2 level.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1050 € /brutto.
