Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibility

  • Oversee financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and financial reporting standards, working closely with auditors and relevant authorities.
  • Manage cash flow and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
  • Lead and supervise finance team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance optimization.
  • Support financial strategy and decision-making, identifying financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and investors.
  • Assist in system and process improvements, supporting automation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide IPO preparation support, working with the Finance Manager on financial due diligence, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle ad hoc financial tasks, including managing regulatory applications (e.g., licenses, grants, tax incentives), supporting system implementation (e.g., e-invoicing), and conducting pricing analysis for business decision-making.

    Requirements

    • At least 4 years of experience in the field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and accounting standards.
    • Proficiency in financial and accounting software.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to take ownership of financial operations, problem-solving, and decision-making.
