We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Account Manager Assistant for K+S Services, in support of Pratt & Whitney at the North Berwick, ME location. The Account Manager Assistant position will have hands on responsibility in supporting the on-site activities under the guidance of the Account Manager who is the primary liaison between company and the customer on all day-to-day operations.

Requirements
· Prepare repair components for shipping to K+S and other vendors.
· Receive repaired components from K+S and other vendors.
· Manage internal (STAMP) database, ensuring data input accuracy and integrity.
· Assist in the management and accuracy of inventoried repairable assets.
· Be customer service oriented.
· Maintain working relationship with customer's Purchasing, Maintenance and Engineering departments.
· Assist in managing account in the absence of the account manager.
Knowledge and skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and skills to grasp new software quickly.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities in a calm demeanor.
· Highly detail oriented is a plus.
· Willingness to learn new tasks.
· Manufacturing experience is preferred.
· U.S. Citizenship required.
