***The Assistant Account Executive role is fully remote (or work from our luxury offices in Chicago, NYC, or Gladstone NJ if preferred).***

About You

  • You have an eagle eye and don't mind spending time in the weeds - in fact, you love getting into the nitty gritty

What you can expect day-to-day?

  • Handling individual client project assignments
  • Supporting the development of client contact reports, financial documents, and client/project agendas. Contributing to the creation of client proposals, monitoring budgets, and assisting with the preparation and submission of financial and forecasting reports.
  • Coordinating and participating in content planning meetings
  • Drafting creative briefs and assisting with facilitation of the medical-legal-regulatory review process
  • Working with Project Management
  • Attending status meetings
  • Assisting with logistical planning for client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field of study
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven experience working on simultaneous projects, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, problem solving and working well under pressure
  • Relevant Internship and/or minimum of one year practical work experience in advertising, marketing or medical/healthcare communications agency including responsibility in one or more of the following roles; Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management role
  • Demonstrated execution of project management tasks such as; developing timelines, project briefs, monitoring budgets and process tracking to include coordinating projects across multiple departments

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$40,000$50,000 USD
