The Assistant Academic Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the programs at the Learning Center. They are responsible for managing the program's teachers, ensuring class quality, enhancing student and teacher performance, evaluating curriculum materials, and collaborating on curriculum development. This role focuses on maximizing teacher and student engagement, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving the overall success of the product.

Salary: BDT 25,000 - BDT 30,000 + Per class payment.
Working Hours: 6 days/week
Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classes, mock tests and other required teacher activities in assigned programs as per requirement
- Oversee and assess class quality to ensure adherence to established standards and objectives.
- Create strategies to enhance both student performance and teacher effectiveness.
- Review current curriculum materials and resources, recommending updates or modifications as needed.
- Work with teachers and students to design and maintain the academic curriculum, ensuring it aligns with program goals and student needs.
- Offer guidance and support on instructional methods, materials, and student engagement techniques.
- Hold regular meetings with teachers to discuss program progress, address concerns, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Track student progress and performance, implementing necessary interventions to support student success.
- Graduate from an accredited reputed national or International University in relevant fields.
- A minimum experience of 1 year is required for the Assistant Academic Coordinator role.
- Previous experience in ed-tech or at least as a teacher/ employee in educational institutions
- Effective leadership, project management, and team management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and manage marketing strategies.
