Assembly Maintenance Set up will address basic maintenance red lights as well as perform minor assembly machinetroubleshooting, ranging from removing stuck parts from the inside of the machine to simple machine resets. Perform all Assembly operator tasks (loading/unloading parts, scanning, filling out paperwork, etc.). Perform machine sample checks. Complete the maintenance set-up daily machine checks. Answers basic machine red lights such as HMI resets, inside machines with approved tools (i.e. tweezers, etc.) Elevating machine issues to Assembly Mainteance, including proper paperwork (maintenance work orders). Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Assist other Assembly operators and set ups during slow periods. will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. May have daily overtime required at short notice. This position will be required to advance from entry level to Level I to Level II via testing. All to be completed within26 weeks. Ability to pass Set up test required.
