Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the training and support to build the business at their schools.
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and problem solver who’s interested in analyzing requests and triaging them to the correct teams to make sure that the tasks go to the correct channels. Additionally, we’re looking for team players with high attention to detail that can spot potential licensing and logistical capability issues and flag those issues before the request goes through to the respective teams.
Every design request that we get from clients varies in difficulty and has to be checked whether we can actually do the request or not, based on our licensing and logistical capabilities, and request legitimacy. The Triage team is in charge of making sure that these requests are filtered thoroughly and concerns are addressed before they assign the requests to the correct group within the Art team. Furthermore, the Triage team serves as a support team, in general, for the Artists and Art Assistants as well as the Sales Managers in making sure we deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Assign all incoming requests to the correct group within the Art team
- Filter and flag potential licensing and logistical capabilities issues before it gets assigned to a group
- Communicate with sales managers about the potential issues on their request
- Make sure all files needed to complete the request is present and communicate to sales manager if not
- Handle rush requests from Sales Team
- Flag obvious art issues that doesn’t pass the QA standards
- Attend mandatory meetings on time such as team meetings, 1 on 1 check-ins, and all-hands meetings.
Skill Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Has basic knowledge and understanding of Graphic Design
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral (English and Tagalog)
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and is comfortable working with team members
- Computer that has video-chat capabilities.
- A good and reliable WiFi connection.
- Complete and total honesty and transparency.
- That you're always on time and available for the working hours you set + mandatory all-team meetings.
- That while you're working, your status is listed as available on Gchat so that we can always get in touch with you.

- A working laptop / desktop computer that can run Adobe softwares smoothly
- Intel i5 core
- 8-12 gb of ram
- Can support at least 2021 version of Adobe apps
- At least Windows 10 (for Windows user)
- Strong internet connection with at least one backup (mobile data, etc)
- 75 mbps (download) & 25mbps (upload)
