We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. As an Art Director, you will contribute to the development of creative for digital design, display, social, email, and websites. You have experience with design, understanding of a creative brief and know how to bring their own ideas and creativity to the table. You understand digital marketing and can design across multiple digital media. You are guided by what resonates with consumers and what makes them act, use these principles and apply this to creative design. You understand iterative testing and optimization and how to amplify designs and templates to meet these needs.
We take pride in craft and thoughtfulness – and we partner directly with our clients to build from scratch, and design for reality. You will report into the Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director, and collaborate with our internal partners in Client Services, Social Media, Display and Strategy to develop dynamic creative solutions that drive business performance for our partners.
From creative strategy, concept, presentation, approval, and execution, the Art Director will have a hand in shaping and delivering inspiring work while being diplomatic and solution-oriented with internal partners. The ideal candidate will understand the balance between thoughtful and groundbreaking creative that connects strategically with an audience across all channels.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,750 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
