About Carvana
If you like disrupting the norm and are looking to join a company revolutionizing an industry then you will LOVE what Carvana has done for the car buying experience. Buying a car the old fashioned way sucks and we’re working hard to make it NOT suck. I mean, have you seen our vending machine?!
We are looking for people who are excited to thrive in an environment of impactful change. Team pride is evident at Carvana and everyday we let our passions and creativity foster innovation. We take big creative swings, set ambitious goals, and challenge each other to make data and process-driven decisions in everything we do. We’ve been changing the game since 2013, and we’re not taking our foot off the gas now.
About the team and position
We’re looking for a conceptually and technically driven Art Director who can think up big, juicy ideas that are strategically on-brief. Who loves the power of an idea and what a good story is comprised of. Who knows the importance of their produced ideas making an impact on our company’s business goals. Who’s constantly pushing to refine their ideas to be as strong as possible.
Being web-savvy isn’t enough, you should know your way around different social media apps with your eyes closed. Sense of humor isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s a must. You should also have an insatiable curiosity to holistically, strategically and creatively think up ideas, fully develop them and roll your sleeves up to make’m happen. You’ll be working in a supportive team environment. Collaborating with many different people within the brand team and other teams around Carvana. While you will be working closely with your Creative Director, it’s important you have the ability to lead the thinking of your projects and work alongside other project stakeholders. If you join forces with us, you will find yourself exposed to a lot more than what the creative department is traditionally shown. You'll be rapidly learning all about Carvana’s ins and outs, data analytics and producing work that will make you proud. You can sit up close and witness the direct impact of your efforts, while gaining valuable insight into how your ideas perform. Hardwork is a must, as is a passion for crafting effective campaigns.
