- Taking ownership of sales processes, ensuring internal organisation, and overseeing the area's sales budget.
- Managing your workload and priorities independently to meet sales targets, while also collaborating with the global sales team.
- Contributing to the company’s overall strategy and supporting the Business Development Manager in exploring new business fields when required.
- Participating in local and international conferences and exhibitions to represent our innovative recycling technologies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the European sales team, global service, project management, and international colleagues, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment across the business.
- 5+ years of experience in the waste recycling, waste processing, or related technical industries.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong organisational skills to manage sales activities and key account relationships.
- Experience in selling large capital equipment or managing long project sales cycles, ideally within the recycling or technical equipment sectors.
- Expertise in key account management, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in international sales environments is highly valued.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a customer-centric, results-driven, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals and contracts.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
