Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an NGS Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The NGS Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer communication, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales , and managing the sales process.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales and sales management
- Strong knowledge of NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) technologies and services
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in the NGS sales
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. 80% Travel in a month.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
Masters in Lifescience/ Bachelor in Life science with MBA preferred
