Area Sales Manager

Job Overview:

The Area Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations within a defined geographic region, manage a team of Sales Officers, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

1. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.

2. Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers.

4. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

5. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
