EV Battery Solutions Division
Responsibilities:
- Penetrate and develop new accounts for our Mixing Process equipment and systems in the US EV battery industry.
- Analysis of sales opportunities
- Development and implementation of ‘smart’ sales and marketing measures to achieve the sales targets.
- Identification and development of new sales channels
- Perform sales calls and customer visits, as well as presentations and key account seminars to customers (incl. documentation in CRM)
- Specify and quote appropriate equipment or system according to the customer’s needs (including calculations)
- Organize and provide assistance with testing, both in-house, and at customer’s facilities
- Manage and coordinate tradeshows within region, participate in organizations and industry activities.
- Report leads, active projects, and sales activity to Sales Director
- Close sales and ongoing support to customers throughout the process.
- Technical degree in process or mechanical engineering
- 5 – 10 years related experience in technical/industrial sales of investment goods in the process industry, preferably from competitors
- Experience in material processing and/or battery cell production, ideally experience with drying, mixing, or dispersing processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-oriented
- Problem solving abilities and customer focus.
- Willingness to travel
- Driver’s license
