Overview of Role
Arcade is seeking an early career or aspiring marketer to join our early stage generative AI consumer business. They will work at the intersection of fashion, e-commerce, and AI. The Associate Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Director of Marketing to launch the first prompt-to-product company. This is a unique opportunity to help build a billion-dollar company from the ground up while learning from successful repeat entrepreneurs and a team of powerful and experienced mentors and advisors.
Key Responsibilites
- Social Media Trend Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze current trends on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), and provide actionable insights to the merchandising and content creation teams for product and campaign development.
- Content Creation: Assist in simple content creation tasks. Can create on Instagram and TikTok quickly.
- VIP Orders: Support influencers and celebrities throughout their design process including creating designs, reviewing CADs, providing feedback, placing orders, tracking orders, and following up on content.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing and distributing promotional codes, updating customer account types, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
- Homepage Merchandising: Curate and execute homepage merchandising.
- New Categories: Support merchandising on the launch of new categories by pulling sample decks, grading data, and running basic analytics.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, merchandising, or content creation
- A keen interest in application of generative AI technologies
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills and attention to detail
- A fearless approach to creating novel solutions and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- An entrepreneurial attitude with high ownership mentality, proactive attitude, and bias towards action
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- A keen interest in fashion, emerging trends, and social media culture is a big plus
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Experience with video editing is preferred
