ARC Manager, BASES Customer Success

Location: Mumbai, India

ABOUT THIS JOB.

ARC Manager will be responsible for training, coaching the team and reviewing the work done to support BASES regional teams. He/She will be responsible for overall success of the team by improving the overall quality of the team deliverables.

The other major responsibilities involve developing team members to take on next level responsibilities and building strong partnership with onshore stakeholders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Training and Reviewing

  • Train new analysts on BASES tools, techniques and best practices
  • Review projects/tasks to ensure high quality deliverables and ensuring analyst growth
  • Identifying the technical training needs in the team and facilitating them
  • Coach and develop associates to take on the next level responsibilities and be effective independent contributors.

 

Team Management

  • Monitor Team progress periodically and report to multiple stakeholders, including the ARC and Regional POC/leadership
  • Develop talent pool by accelerating high performers and doing timely interventions on lower performers
  • Equally distributing the workload and ensuring great efficiency in the team
  • Contribute to team recognition by acknowledging positive impact at NIQ BASES and/or for our customers

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Connecting frequently with multiple leadership stakeholders – Talent management with ARC Leader and performance management with Regional leaders.
  • Understanding CS team requirements and ensure the team is performing up to expectation.
  • Actively participating in ARC wide initiatives (Cross team trainings and engagement initiatives)  

 

 

 

 

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

Great Motivator, Process oriented and great coach to keep high levels of engagement, ensuring efficient processes are thoroughly followed and training the associates by the basics to take on next level responsibilities.

 

  • Graduation degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field a must.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Market Research. (BASES Experience preferred)
  • Managed and coached direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback
  • Good Practical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • English language proficiency: writing and verbal
