AR Collection

Contractor
  • Review the company debitor list 
  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills 
  • Advising customers on their payment option and suggesting methods of payments 
  • Negotiating suitable payment plans 
  • Preparing customers financial statements for banks and the state credit departments 
  • Instituing legal action when customer fail to pay their debt 
  • Responding to customers queires 
  • Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Collection Officer
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountant or a related field.
  • Exellent negotiating skills
  • Willing to visit customer 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with state debt collecyion laws 
  • Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures 
  • Placement : Jakarta Office
