Aprio is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, coupled with a strong proficiency in Figma. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex ideas into visually stunning and user-centric digital experiences.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for complex website projects, from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Content, Segment Growth, and Client Advisors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma, adhering to design standards and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and ADA Compliance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.
  • In-depth understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress).
  • Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
