Aprio is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, coupled with a strong proficiency in Figma. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex ideas into visually stunning and user-centric digital experiences.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for complex website projects, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Content, Segment Growth, and Client Advisors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma, adhering to design standards and best practices.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and ADA Compliance.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.
- In-depth understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress).
- Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
