The Segment Growth Project Manager at Aprio supports the Segment Growth team by helping to execute growth projects and activities on time and within budget. This role works with Segment Growth Leaders across all industries to ensure campaigns and events are well planned, well executed and results are documented.
The person in this role will become knowledgeable about Aprio’s services, Ideal Client Profiles and Go to Market strategies across multiple segments.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supporting development of growth plans for segments without a Growth Leader by doing research, coordinating data analysis, and other needs.
- Supporting SGLs with meeting scheduling and other various administrative tasks.
- Supporting Incubator segments by assisting in the implementation of campaigns that adhere to best practices and are designed to drive growth.
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, managing budget developing timelines, identifying deliverables, etc.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day communication on project status and changes.
- Event planning and execution - Assist with event/tradeshow planning, coordination, and execution of event-related drip campaigns.
- Support tradeshow events by providing deliverables such as ads, booth logistics (electrical, carpeting, graphics, purchase and shipping of giveaway items), Aprio logos and company description, speaker bios, etc.
- Implementing campaigns – submit job requests to the in-house agency, reviewing and responding to deliverables such as emails, website edits, etc. to ensure all components of the campaign are moving forward in a timely manner.
- Tracking campaign metrics through Hubspot to ensure impacts such as leads and deals are measured.
- Assisting with speaking engagement planning, logistics and content preparation.
- Supporting SGLs with meeting scheduling and other various administrative tasks.
- Assisting team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
Qualifications:
- Senior/Supervisor level position.
- Highly organized; able to prioritize and juggle 20+ projects at once while communicating with multiple internal clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; knows when to discuss bottlenecks and possible solutions with stakeholders.
- Strong proven track record / prior experience organizing events, including tradeshow exhibits.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter.
- Excellent command of written English and AP Style.
- Strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude. Comfortable and flexible working with many different working styles internationally.
- Understanding of marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, drip campaigns and social media.
- Eager to learn about growth strategies.
