Join our Aprio PH Growth team and you will help support clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio has a career opportunity for a Growth Associate to join their dynamic group. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintenance of trackers and databases. 
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments. 
  • Planning and facilitating meetings; taking detailed minutes and documenting. 
  • Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. 
  • Creation of comprehensive Powerpoint presentations. 
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. 
  • Assisting on financial basic accounting tickets.
  • Verifying and adding automated data. 
  • Creating, monitoring and following up with client request forms to completion. 
  • Monitoring and maintaining File Invite timeline. 
  • Creating folders for multi-entities using electronic files. 
  • Updating information from sales discovery and requested documentation. 
  • Updating and maintaining CRM tools such as HubSpot, PandaDoc, Karbon, Box, Quickbooks or similar software. 
  • Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. 
  • Tasks assigned by direct line manager. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in Finance, Accounting or Business.
  • Proven experience in administrative capacity in a BPO or related environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of CRM tools such as Karbon, Asana, AirTable or similar software. 
  • Proficient calendar management tools such as MS Calendar, Google Calendar, Calendly or similar applications. 
  • Excellent MS Office skills with emphasis on Powerpoint and Excel. 
  • Familiar with communication software such as Slack, Zoom and MS Teams. 
  • Excellent analytical background and driven to solve problems. 
  • Must be a self-driven, independent thinker with a strong work ethic and desire to complete projects in a timely and effective manner.
