About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice to support our Human Resources (HR) department in data management, operations, and project handling. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building a career in HR, data analysis, and organizational efficiency. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to operations, tools, and processes within a dynamic work environment.
A Day in the Life
● Maintain and update HR databases using advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
● Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all records and systems.
● Generate and analyze reports using Excel to provide actionable insights on HR metrics.
● Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and data hygiene.
● Help in document management, policy updates, and communication distribution.
● Assist in HR-related projects, including system implementations or process optimizations.
● Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
● Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
What You Need
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related field. Of batch 2019,2020,2021, 2022 and 2023 onwards
● Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and Google.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
