We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for an Apprentice Laundry Office Coordinator to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
