Apprentice Accounting Officer | AYANA BALI

We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence with vendors and clients
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position, prior experience in Accounting or Finance (particularly in a 5-star luxury resort/hotel) is an advantage
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
