The Role

As an Integration Support Specialist, you will be responsible in developing and implementing solutions that integrate applications across an enterprise or its units and departments by evaluating existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensure that final solutions meet the organization's needs.

How you'll contribute:

  • Responsible for availability, incident, problem and capacity management for the applications in scope
  • Response and resolve incidents, problem and user queries through proper analysis
  • Manage communication for Incidents (SLA breaches, Application Major Incidents, Logistics issue) and responsible for communications within team, manager and department
  • Contribute in effective knowledge management best practices within team and organization
  • Work closely with 1st & 3rd level support and development teams to the incidents, problem and users queries are resolved within SLA

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years in supporting/implementing various integration technologies such as API Gateway, Message Queue, Enterprise Service Bus (EBS), Secure File Transfer & etc
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture design patterns
  • well versed with digital/internet web technologies like RESTful Web Services, SOAP Web Services, ESB, JSON, XML, JSON Schemas, XML Schemas, HTML5, HTTP, SFTP and JavaScript
  • CI/CD implementation experience has an advantage. (Jenkins/Bamboo, Nexus, SonarQube, Gitlab, etc
  • Microservices cloud, and KAFKA experience is an advantage
  • Candidates must be open to work in a 24/7 on call support set-up, and amenable to working in a Day shift – Midshift schedule.
