Job Description:
 
We are looking for a Application Support Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to be part of the product engineering team.



Responsibilities

  • - Undestanding the problems that the clients are facing
  • - Beeing able to reproduce the problems
  • - Creating tickets in the ticketing system
  • - Beeing able to communicate with the clients and propose different basic solutions
  • - Handing off their work to the team that starts the work after they finish their schedule

Requirements

  • Must have:
  • - Above good english written and communication skills
  • - Demonstrate professionalism in client interactions
  • - Basic Linux knowledge
  • - Understanding the concepts of how databases work
  • - Ability to escalate issues as needed to satisfy customer demands
  • - Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • - Familiarity with the concept of a how ticketing systems work

  • Nice to have
  • - Customer service experience
  • - Experience in working with a ticketing system (Client uses Salesforce)
  • - Familiarity with basic network security practices
  • - Familiarity with Python
  • - Prior work history in the threat intelligence or network security field
  • - Familiarity in working with databases
  • - Batchelor degree
