We are looking for a Application Support Analyst that will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assist customers both from technical and functional point of view.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and optimize existing and new application functions;
- Ensure the optimal use of the application by the end-users;
- Monitor and control the quality of datasets on a daily basis;
- Be point of contact for the end-users and handle system issues;
- Perform incident management;
- Configure and test functionalities;
- Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements;
- Develop and maintain functional documentation;
- Perform user training.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bs or Ms in a financial or technical related field is preferred;
- 1.5 year's experience in a similar role in fintech field;
- Basic knowledge of SQL language;
- Client-focus attitude;
- Team player with solid communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to manage pressure;
- Good written and oral communication skills of English and Italian languages;
- EU Work Permit;
- Willingness to work shifts;
- Availability to work on weekends.
