We are looking for a Application Support Analyst that will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assist customers both from technical and functional point of view.
Your responsibilities
Manage and optimize existing and new application functions;
Ensure the optimal use of the application by the end-users;
Monitor and control the quality of datasets on a daily basis;
Be point of contact for the end-users and handle system issues;
Perform incident management;
Configure and test functionalities;
Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements;
Develop and maintain functional documentation;
Perform user training.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
Bs or Ms in a financial or technical related field is preferred;
1.5 year's experience in a similar role in fintech field;
Basic knowledge of SQL language;
Client-focus attitude;
Team player with solid communication and presentation skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Ability to manage pressure;
Good written and oral communication skills of English and Italian languages;
EU Work Permit;
Willingness to work shifts;
Availability to work on weekends (only required for Milan location).
