Reporting to the Octane Onboards Support Manager, this role involves application & hardware support. Customer support is predominantly via phone and remote connectivity. Along with BAU support there is also direct involvement in customer rollout and upgrade projects. The role also requires involvement in testing upgrades, new features and the latest releases liaising directly with the development team.
