Application Engineer, Fluid Handling

As Application Engineer for Fluid Handling, you are working on Industry & Energy activities to support Sales Channels in achieving short- and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market growth. 
You're familiar with the specified application at end users & OEs. Provide the trouble shooting support and give a right recommendation to customers.
Sensitive to market change, input the innovation direction to Product Development  and implement the new product validation both in lab and in field as well as giving the final evaluation.
Training to customers and internal departments from technical aspects.
Executes department policies according to input from Head of Application Engineering. Ensures compliance with company policies & procedures. 

Bachelor Degree in Science or Business studies (University/University of Applied Science)

• 3 years professional experience in project management, technical sales, application engineering or technical consulting 
• Experience with fluid handling, hoses, hose fittings, thermoplastics, especially in the fields of industrial or energy markets
• Project management experience in major projects, especially in international business environment
• Project management experience specifically within an international business environment is highly desirable
• Experience working with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable in public speaking, presentations and training others
• Advanced computer literacy skills, in particular Microsoft Office 365
• additionally, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with external clients
