Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a a qualified and talented Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coding functional programs and applications. You will collaborate with a team of professionals, but also work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent knowledge of at least one programming language and have a strong understanding of various operating systems and platforms. An analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role.
Your primary objective as an Application Developer will be to write clean and flawless code, ensuring the development of fully functional software applications that meet specific requirements.

How Role will make an impact:
- Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
- Design creative prototypes according to specifications
- Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
- Perform unit and integration testing before launch
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
- Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must posses and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Four-Year or higher degree in a computer or information science related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a related information technology (IT) job.
- This experience includes: Designing and developing database driven IT applications in one or more software languages such as C++, Java/J2EE, Visual Basic, .net, HTML/XML, Powerbuilder, and/or Delphi.
- CSWF Certification: IAT II
